Plus\, DJ sets from host of WDET’s Soul Saturday\, Nick Austin! \nBARDA Detroit is the first and only authentic Argentinian and Latin American-inspired Restaurant in Detroit. Using ancestral methods of Patagonian cooking\, BARDA’s open fire is the very soul of the restaurant’s dining experience. BARDA specializes in simple yet bold dishes\, combining techniques that reach far across vast geographical terrains. In November of last year\, Ann Delisi and Chef James Rigato Spoke with Chef Javier about his life\, restaurant\, and journey from the Argentinian to the Detroit Culinary scene on the Essential Cooking Podcast.  \nTickets are $150 and will directly support WDET and the BARDA Staff.  \nTwo seatings available: 5PM and 7:30PM.
