DESCRIPTION:Team ‘DET Members! Join us at The Majestic Theatre on World Radio Day – Thursday\, February 13 for a members-only event to celebrate the wrap of WDET’s 75th year of broadcasting over the Detroit airwaves. Check your email for your personal invitation and RSVP link!\n\nWe will look back on a year filled with exciting new changes including new music shows and new local programming and celebrate the accomplishments of our esteemed staff. We will also reflect on 75 years of service to the Detroit-area community and the important role public media continues to play in our society today.\n\nWe invite our Team ‘DET members to mix and mingle with the WDET crew over pizza courtesy of Sgt. Pepperoni’s. A cash bar will also be available!\n\nParking will be available at a lot on-site in the rear of the complex. If the lot is full\, street parking is available.\n\nDoors open promptly at 6PM. The event will conclude at 8PM. There will be a short presentation at 7PM.\n\nThe Majestic Theatre is handicap accessible.\n\nPlease note that this event is for Team ‘DET members only so if you would like to become a member and join us on Feb. 13\, contact Member Services or visit wdet.org/give.
