The film screening is from 7:30-9pm\, followed by the first b2b performance between two Detroit dance music legends\, Eddie Fowlkes and Stacey “Hotwaxx” Hale. \nAll proceeds from the event will be donated to 101.9 WDET Detroit Public Radio. In God Said Give ‘Em Drum Machines\, Director Kristian R. HOUR Detroit named it Restaurant of the Year in 2022\, and on May 29th\, Chef Jared and team will generously open their doors to WDET listeners for a private showcase of their culinary skills and hospitality. \nIn November 2023\, Chef Jared sat down with WDET’s Ann Delisi and Essential Cooking co-host Chef James Rigato for a conversation delving into the chapters of his culinary expedition\, his knowledge of the New York and Detroit food scenes\, and testing the boundaries of the Midwestern palate.
