Detroit Federation of Teachers, Transition Manager for New School District Address Financial Review Commission

Detroit’s teachers union and the manager for the new district put their concerns before the financial oversight board.

The union that represents Detroit teachers said city schools should put more money in the classroom and less in district administration.
