Group ‘Color of Change’ Working to Turn Out Black Voters

Voter participation is a big theme of the 2018 midterm elections. What kinds of voters will show up to the polls? Who will have access to a ballot? How long will lines be on Election Day?
A group called Color of Change is working to encourage more voter participation among Black voters.
Kortni Malone is a field director with Color of Change. The group is a political action committee working to get black voters out to for the election and other issues nationwide. Color of Change has been active putting together events in Detroit.
