Beginning Monday, February 4, WDET begins airing a daily show from American Public Media called Marketplace Tech — which focuses on technology and its impact on the economy. Marketplace Tech will air weekdays at 6:30 p.m.between Marketplace with Kai Ryssdal and The Daily on 101.9 WDET.
Marketplace Tech is hosted by Molly Wood.
Wood speaks with WDET’s Laura Weber-Davis about why tech deserves its own show. And they discuss her experiences as a woman in the male-dominated field of tech and economic reporting.
