Former Michigan Supreme Court Justice Mary Beth Kelly Advocates for Juvenile Justice

Mary Beth Kelly now works for Bodman PLC, but she still has a unique perspective on Michigan’s juvenile justice laws.

Former Michigan Supreme Court Justice Mary Beth Kelly has a new job.  She’s become the Vice Chair of Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Bodman law firm in Detroit.

But one of her legal passions hasn’t changed.  She’s been working to change the state’s juvenile justice laws.  Kelly recently spoke with WDET’s Jerome Vaughn about what’s prompted her efforts.
