WSU Student-Athletes Reach New High in Classroom
Warriors achieved 3.15 GPA in fall semester.
Wayne State University says its student-athletes scored the highest grade point average (3.15) in the athletic department’s history in Fall 2015. The department says two out of three Warriors carried a GPA above 3.0, and 21 had a 4.0 GPA in the fall semester. Athletic Director Rob Fournier tells WDET’s Pat Batcheller WSU strives for excellence on and off the field.
