The special counsel’s investigation didn’t find enough evidence to support prosecutions against President Trump on collusion with Russia or obstruction of justice.

That’s according to a short four-page summary Attorney General William Barr sent to Congress on Sunday. It says that, while the investigation didn’t prove that Trump did anything illegal, it also does not exonerate him.

To unpack these developments, Stephen Henderson talks with Barbara McQuade, University of Michigan professor and former US attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan, as well as state Sen. Peter Lucido (R-Shelby Twp.).

Lucido also discusses his opposition to Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s roads proposal, which would raise Michigan’s fuel tax by 45 cents per gallon.
