Congresswomen Dingell, Slotkin React to Redacted Mueller Report

What happens next in Congress now that we’ve seen the report?

Now that the redacted version of the Mueller report is out, the big question is about what Congress might do with it.

Mueller left a lot of the decisions about charges or further investigations to the legislative branch. And his boss, Attorney General William Barr, has made it clear the justice department will pursue things no further.

But for Democrats, who now control the House of Representatives, there are serious political questions, as well as the legal ones, that surround their decisions. And with a presidential election looming next year, those questions become even more important.

Detroit Today host Stephen Henderson speaks with two members of Michigan’s Congressional delegation about the report and next steps for lawmakers.
