Hour Detroit Magazine Editor Steve Wilke joins Detroit Today Host Stephen Henderson for a look at the best places for food, entertainment, and culture in the city chosen by Detroiters themselves. The list compiles the local hotspots in the categories of services, leisure, food, people, media, shopping and culture in Detroit. This year some of the reader’s picks include Detroit’s Best Beer Selection at the Hopcat, The Root Restaurant and Bar and The Mulefoot Gastropub tie in the Restaurants for general excellence category, Viviano’s wins best Florist, Geoffery Fieger wins Local Loudmouth, and the Choice for Local Celebrity Dinner Companion goes to Kid Rock.
