Astronomer Offers Tips for Viewing Perseid Meteor Shower

Annual sky show peaks Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.

Look up Tuesday night and you may see one of the summer’s best meteor showers. The Perseid meteor shower is expected to reach its peak early Wednesday morning. Michigan Science Center astronomer Paulette Auchtung tells WDET’s Pat Batcheller what you see depends on where you are and how clear the sky will be.
