Detroit Street Artist Tead In Critical Condition Following Fall

For over 20 years, Jordan “Tead” Vaughn has built a respected reputation in the city’s street art scene

Over the weekend, Jordan “Tead” Vaughn — a well respected member of Detroit’s street art scene — was critically injured while working on his latest project in Detroit’s New Center neighborhood.

There is currently a GoFundMe page to raise money for a retrospective book of Tead’s work. Anything raised over the $10,000 goal will go directly to the artist’s family.

WDET is hosting a gallery of his work here.
