New Book Shares Stories from the European Migration Crisis

Kenny Karpov is a documentary storyteller who went to conflict regions to photograph and record what was happening. The stories in his new book capture the difficult paths of refugees.

Detroit photographer Kenny Karpov spent more than four years documenting the migration crisis in the Mediterranean.

Now, he aims to tell the stories of the refugees he encountered in a new book called “Despite It All We Never Learn.”
