Serena Maria Daniels brings with her more than a decade of award-winning journalism experience working at the intersection of food, identity, politics and urbanism. She is also the founder, publisher and editor of Tostada Magazine, a food & culture-focused new media outlet supported by the Detroit Journalism Engagement Fund. She has a B.A. in journalism from California State University, Northridge.
